Jessica Hott, DO, FACOG

Chief Medical Officer & Co-Founder

Dr. Jessica Hott, DO, FACOG is a board-certified obstetrician and gynecologist who offers women advanced, minimally invasive solutions for complex gynecologic conditions. She specializes in the evaluation and treatment of abnormal uterine bleeding, fibroids, endometriosis, chronic pelvic pain, ovarian pathology, and other benign gynecologic disorders. Her surgical expertise includes hysteroscopy, laparoscopy, and robotic-assisted surgery—approaches designed to minimize recovery time while maximizing outcomes.

Born and raised in Southwestern Pennsylvania as the daughter of a coal miner, Dr. Hott learned early the values of grit, resilience, and showing up for people when it matters most. While her roots began in Pennsylvania, West Virginia is where she has spent most of her adult life and where her personal and professional foundation was built. Her deep ties to the region continue to shape her commitment to serving the community she calls home.

Dr. Hott completed her undergraduate education at West Virginia Wesleyan College, followed by medical school at West Virginia School of Osteopathic Medicine. She completed her residency training in Obstetrics and Gynecology at MedStar Franklin Square Medical Center, where she gained comprehensive experience in complex gynecologic care.

Following residency, Dr. Hott spent more than a decade practicing in academic medicine, caring for medically complex patients and contributing to surgical education and mentorship. She later transitioned to private practice to build a care model with greater flexibility and autonomy—allowing her to individualize treatment, reduce delays, and remove unnecessary barriers so care decisions are driven by clinical judgment and patient needs.

Dr. Hott holds a Special Practice Designation in Minimally Invasive Gynecologic Surgery from the American Board of Obstetrics and Gynecology, reflecting advanced training and expertise in complex benign gynecologic surgery. She is actively involved in surgical education and innovation and serves as a Key Opinion Leader, surgical proctor, and global case observation site host for Intuitive, supporting the safe advancement of robotic gynecologic surgery and the training of other surgeons.

Patient education remains central to Dr. Hott’s philosophy of care. She believes healing begins with being believed and that listening is not optional. She is particularly passionate about caring for women who have felt dismissed or unheard and is committed to building strong, trusting doctor-patient relationships rooted in transparency, respect, and shared decision-making.

Dr. Hott is a Fellow of the American College of Obstetricians and Gynecologists and remains actively engaged in leadership, mentorship, and innovation in women’s health.

“It is a privilege to be trusted with someone’s health and their story. When patients feel seen, heard, and believed, real healing can begin.”
